A rental agreement for an apartment is a legally binding contract between the landlord and the tenant that details the rules and conditions of renting the apartment. This includes information like the length of the lease, rent amount, security deposit, and the rules that must be followed while living in the apartment. How do I pay rent?
Please log in to your resident portal and click on the payments icon in the top navigation bar. You have the option to pay rent in 1, 3 or 12 installments. Contact the office for more info.
How do I submit a service request?
Log in to your resident portal and scroll down from the resident dashboard to the service request section to submit your maintenance request ticket.
Can I choose my roommates?
We accept roommate requests. Contact the office staff for more details.
Is parking available for residents?
You will need to pay for a parking pass from the office. Parking passes are first come first serve. Contact the office for more info.
What is the pet policy?
For the comfort of all of our residents, pets are not allowed at CollegePlace Provo.
