Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and you can choose to pay in 1, 3, or 12 installments. Payments are late after midnight on the 5th, when a $75 late fee may apply. You can pay online through the resident portal by card or ACH eCheck, or use other accepted payment methods at the leasing office. Card payments include a processing fee, while ACH eCheck payments have no processing fee.
