This is one of the newest built apartment complexes in Provo, so everything is new and in tip-top shape. Every unit comes included with a washer and dryer, and provides open concept living areas in order to maximize your space and comfort. You can’t be any closer to campus without being directly in the dorms. You can also stay trim by using our on-site fitness center.
Floor Plans
At CollegePlace Provo, all of the bedrooms are private, and you can choose from multiple floor plans to determine how many other people you would like to live with. We offer 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom, and 6 bedroom floor plans. You will enjoy high speed gigabit internet, a flat screen TV, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and spacious layouts in each of our units. We believe that you can get the best of student living in Provo without being cramped.
Social Living
CollegePlace Provo was designed with your maximum comfort in mind, and to host a great social environment. You can be a student living by BYU and still enjoy all of the fun social aspects of off campus living. Our open air sun decks are a great place to relax or hang out with friends. Residents love using the BBQ grill on sunny days, and the fire pit in the evenings. For your convenience, we have a fully equipped, 2000 square foot, 24/7 fitness center. When you’re not working out, studying, or grilling burgers, you can wind down in the hot tub. You can’t forget about our 1700 square foot clubhouse that is great for hosting parties.

Never worry about strangers walking through the halls, or your car windows being smashed in. The building has secure entry and remains locked, but with your key fob you can get in at any hour. You’ll never have to scrape snow off of your car with our private underground parking. Our on-site management team is always available to help you, and to ensure you have the best student living in Provo. You can rest easy because of our on-call maintenance team who are ready to assist. Being a resident at CollegePlace is a breeze. You can easily pay rent and submit service requests online through our resident portal.
